What is checked

Feed structure and offer requirements.

The RSS wrapper schema checks the feed envelope. The PropBot XML Schema checks namespaced field types and allowed values. Schematron checks each offer’s required fields, unique IDs, category and property type pairing, and conditional requirements such as lot size, interior size, beds and baths, deposits, and application fees.

This validates the public OpenPMX Lite feed format. It does not submit the feed to PropBot.
