What is checked

Structure and publish requirements.

The XSD checks allowed elements, data types, categories, statuses, and property type IDs. Schematron checks category/type combinations, usable coordinates, non-negative money and areas, and conditional requirements such as price and lot size for sale offers, application fees for residential rentals, and required interior details.

This tool applies the current OpenPMX profile. It does not submit the file to PropBot, and the current PropBot importer does not ingest OpenPMX files.
